This was a super busy week! It was really good though. Tuesday we had interviews with the mission President! That was super good. We had zone conference on Wednesday which was also really good!

We had an activity with the young men on Friday! We played cricket! So I got to finally play cricket for the first time! I went up to bat and the young men’s president started taunting me and calling me white boy, so I promptly laughed it off and then drilled the balled way over his head. It was really fulfilling haha. Everyone calls me white boy down here. We were biking and I heard one girl say that she’s never seen a white boy before and this was the first time she’s seen one.Fun times

We had a broadcast with President Nelson! He woke up a week ago with the impression to go to the Caribbean, so he did! There was a special missionary broadcast and then one for the members. It was super cool! Him and Elder Renlund both spoke both times. So then after the second broadcast, a girl we’ve been teaching got baptized!! Her name is Amanda. She got confirmed Sunday in church and I got to stand in on that. It was a really cool experience.

I’ve been playing the piano more too! I felt like I should start learning how to play it, so I’ve been practicing when I can! I can play the right hand of Abide With Me Tis Eventide and Silent Night. Something that’s interesting to me is the Lord told me I should start practicing it. So I did! And I’ve been able to catch on to it really quickly. When the Lord gives a commandment, He’s going to provide a way and help you to fulfill it. I’ve seen it over and over while being out here.
